Shipping and Delivery Policies

Delivery Process: After placing an order, our system will process it promptly. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. Once the final quality checks are completed, your items will be carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. They will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they encounter any issues with delivering to the address or at a convenient time, they will contact you to resolve the situation.

Packaging: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. 

Delivery Location: We deliver to all locations in India serviced by reputable courier companies. Please note that we only deliver to pin codes that are covered by our courier partners. If delivery is not available to your location, we will issue a refund within 48-72 working hours.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status online.

Delivery Time: We aim to dispatch most orders within the estimated shipping time (in business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays) specified for each item. Delivery times may vary based on the product. The minimum delivery time is 2 days, and the maximum is 10 days for in-stock products.

Shipping Charges: We offer free delivery on all orders.

Please Note:

1. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
2. Creative and our authorized sellers are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.
3. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our delivery options and hope to provide international shipping soon.
