Can i edit or cancel order after it has been placed?
Once the order is dispatched can’t be cancelled or altered. If not shipped, you can contact us via email or phone, we will do our best to help you.

How do i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our store, You can track the status from our store, we have emailed you a tracking link to your email
How long it will take to receive my order?
The estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) is 3 days and delivered within 8 working days once shipped. Also is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item.
How to claim warranty?
For any warranty claim within the warranty period, you can contact Creative’s authorised service centre.

How to return product ?
No Returns applicable, only replacement is possible. For damaged products, please send us an Unboxing product video to review the request, if your case is genuine we will arrange a replacement.
What if faulty product received ?
Customer to contact our customer support at https://asia.creative.com/contactus/ . Upon confirmation of the faulty unit, our customer support will direct you to the service center for product replacement.

What to do if empty box received ?
In order to streamline our investigation and ensure accurate assessment, kindly adhere to the following steps if you encounter any issues with your order:
- Do not accept tempered packaging: If you suspect that the packaging has been tampered with upon receiving your order, we strongly advise you not to accept the package. This will help maintain the integrity of the evidence.
- Create an unboxing video: Before opening the package, please record an unboxing video. This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the unboxing process. This documentation will be vital for our investigation.
- Contact us with your claim: Reach out to our customer support team with your claim of an empty or tampered package. Provide us with your order details, along with the unboxing video as evidence. You can send the video to [email protected].
- Allow 15 days for investigation: Please note that our investigation process requires a minimum of 15 days to thoroughly assess the situation, gather relevant information, and provide you with a comprehensive response.
