Yes , To receive a GST invoice, please include your GST number in the notes when placing your order. After placing the order, kindly send us your GST certificate immediately. We will issue the GST invoice by the first week of the following month. Please note that the invoice date and number will remain the same; we will only add the GST number manually. The invoice provided during delivery will not include the GST number.

Currently, we are shipping products only within India

Once your order has been dispatched from our store, You can track the status from our store, we have emailed you a tracking link to your email

 The estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) is 3 days and delivered within 8 working days once shipped. Also is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item.

 For any warranty claim within the warranty period, you can contact Creative’s authorised service centre.

No Returns applicable, only replacement is possible. For damaged products, please send us an Unboxing product video to review the request, if your case is genuine we will arrange a replacement.
