Creative India Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Creative India Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Discounts and Commissions

1.1 Customer Discount: Customers who use your affiliate coupon will receive a 2% discount on their purchase.

1.2 Affiliate Commission: As an affiliate, you will earn a 2% commission on the base value of the sale. The base value is defined as the amount after the discount is applied and before taxes.

1.3 Example Calculation: For a product worth ₹1000 (inclusive of 18% tax):

• Base value = ₹1000 / 1.18 = ₹847.46 (approx)
• Discounted price = ₹1000 – 2% of ₹1000 = ₹980 and base value ₹980/1.18 = ₹830.50
• Commission Calculation: 2% of ₹830.50 (base value) = ₹16.61 (approx)

2. Commission Payment

2.1 Payment Cycle: Affiliates will receive their commission payment by the last day of the month following the month in which the sales occurred.

2.2 Example: If a coupon is used between August 1 and August 31, the commission for successful, non-cancelled, non-returned, and non-refunded orders will be paid by September 30.

2.3 Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum threshold of ₹500 is required for payout. Commissions below this amount will be carried over to the next payout cycle.

3. Order Eligibility

3.1 Successful Orders: Only orders that are successfully delivered and not cancelled, returned, or refunded will be eligible for commission.

3.2 Exclusions: Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded will not qualify for commission.

4. Fraudulent Activity

4.1 Suspension: Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in the suspension of your affiliate account. This action can be taken without prior notice.

4.2 Account Review: Creative India reserves the right to review and investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activity. Actions may include but are not limited to the suspension of commissions and account termination.

5. General Terms

5.1 Modifications: Creative India reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

5.2 Termination: Creative India reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program or an individual’s participation at any time with or without cause.

5.3 Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
